Fun, Four‑a‑Side Football
About the Competition
The Spring Series is a fun 4‑a‑side football program designed for young players to get more touches, more action, and more fun. Played on smaller fields with smaller goals, the format keeps kids engaged and constantly involved.
- Age Group: Turned or turning 5, 6 or 7 years old
- Duration: 45 mins (20mins halves)
- Format: 4 v 4 (max 6 players)
- Rounds: 10‑week competition
- Season: 7 October to 9 December 2026
- Match Day: Wednesdays
- Kickoff Times: U6-5:30pm. U7-6.30pm (subject to change)
- Location: Beaman Park, Earlwood cnr Vera Ave and Flinders Rd
- Rules: Mini Roos Rules
Season Dates
- Starts: 7 October 2026
- Ends: 9 December 2026
- Games: One match per week (wet weather permitting)
Uniform & Equipment
- Jersey: Provided by the club (must be returned at season end)
- Shorts & Socks: Available to purchase or use your winter shorts and socks
- Boots and Shinpads MUST be worn. Can be purchased from the clubhouse
Registration Information
Registrations open Tuesday 15 September.
How to Register:
- Register individually or gather friends to form a team
- Complete registration and payment through PlayFootball:

- Team Manager registration
- Team Manager is to send team list to registrar@ewfc.com.au
- Those who register as individuals will be placed in teams by the club Registrar (subject to availability)
Registrations close 11:59pm, Sunday 27 September 2026

- Competition Jersey which is to be returned at the end of the competition

There are no team fees or additional registration charges.
Why Play?
Spring Football offers a fun, social way to keep playing football year‑round. With multiple age groups and locations, it’s open to all members of the community, whether or not you played winter football.
