PARKING
Parking: If you are at Earlwood Oval and need to park, you can either park on the street or in the Car Park at the front of EBP Sports and beside Earlwood Oval. In the event parking is full, please do not park at the rear of the EBP Sports car park, which is reserved for patrons of the EBP Sports club. Vehicles will be towed away at the owners expense.

Parents!! please note as the season progresses we will progressively have earlier twilight times at Earlwood Oval, Hughes Park and Beaman Park during training. With less light, visibility is greatly reduced, and the carpark is full of children who may not always behave safely and predictably.Please slow down to accommodate these safety concerns, and watch out, kids about! Being on-time for training (or leaving quickly afterwards) is not important enough to justify risking our childrens’ lives.
WEATHER POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Football NSW provides the following Weather Policies and Guidelines.
Extreme Heat – Humidity plays a part in the determination of postponing events as per the FNSW Extreme Heat Policy, however as a general guide,
- Games/training for adults to be postponed/cancelled at 37°C.
- Games/training for kids to be postponed/cancelled at 32°C.
Lightning
As per the FNSW Lightning Policy. if the time between seeing a lightning flash and hearing a thunderclap is less than 30 seconds, stop all outdoor activity immediately and seek appropriate shelter indoors (such as in a solid building or
totally enclosed car).
Wait a minimum of 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder is heard before resuming outdoor activities.
